Participants (presenters and listeners) should register your information in the "Please input personal information".
Following notification about payment will be sent for all registerd e-mail address:
- People who living in Japan (via bank transfer)
- People who living abroad (via PayPal (creditcard))
Notification about payment is not sent automatically. Please kindly wait several days after you input personal information.
Notification had sent for all e-mail address registerd before Aug. 12th, 11:00 JST.

Both Regular and Student registration for the conference covers:
- WiCAS/YP Event
- Plenary and poster sessions
- Welcome reception
- Banquet
- Coffee breaks
- Lunch of Day 2 (August 20th)
Accompanying persons may not attend the oral or poster sessions.
They can only participate in the following events:
- Welcome Reception
- Banquet
Additional fees are required to participate in the excursion.
Author Registration Policy
At least one regular or student registration is required for his/her poster presentation(s).
One author can present only two papers at the maximum.
Manner of Payment
Participants, who will not have done their registration payments by the conference date, should pay in cash on the day (Japanese Yen, on-site rate).
The last chance we can confirm our bank account is August 9th, due to Japan's unique OBON holiday (August 10-18).
Please kindly finish your payment before August 8th as much as possible.
If you did your payment after August 9th, bring some evidence which shows that your payment is finished.
(ex. Bank transfer statement, Copy of automatically sent e-mail from paypal which says payment completed)

Cancellation Policy
Generally, refund will not be accepted.
