Registration fee for (foreign/non-local) participants (presenters and listeners)
[Early bird rate] (by 7 August 2019)
- General participants: 30,000 Yen/person
- Student participants: 12,000 Yen/person
[Regular/On-site rate] (On or after 8 August 2019)
- General participants: 35,000 Yen/person
- Student participants: 15,000 Yen/person
* After 8 August, [Credit Card Payment] will be closed. Only on-site payment will be possible.
Participants, who are registered on site at on-site rate, might not be provided some of conference kits due to the limitation of the stocks.
Registration fees include the followings
- WiCAS/YP Event
- Plenary and poster sessions
- Welcome reception
- Banquet
- Coffee breaks
- Lunch of Day 2 (August 20th)

Accompanying
If you attend TJCAS 2019 with accompanying persons,
please contact us with your registration number (xxx).
Accompanying Person fee is JPY 10,000 per person.
This fee includes Welcome Reception, Banquet.
Please pay the fee at the registration desk (Japanese Yen)

You can make payment in Japanese Yen using VISA or Master via PayPal.

For those who need acceptance/invitation letter for co-authors separately,
we can issue the acceptance letter for each co-author separately upon the request by the corresponding author.
